Treon has launched an AI-powered predictive maintenance solution for material handling that is now available through the Amazon Web Services Marketplace.
The Treon Flow solution for material handling is a cloud-native platform designed to help companies reduce downtime by finding equipment issues early and predicting failures before they occur, according to a Treon release today. The system uses AI and machine learning to analyze vibration and temperature data, automatically identifying abnormal patterns and generating alerts through mobile and cloud applications.
Treon’s solution comes ready for rapid deployment and large-scale use, allowing customers to move from pilot projects to thousands of monitored assets in a matter of days, according to the release. The platform monitors electric motors, conveyor belts, fans and gear systems across industries, including food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, recycling, airports and warehousing.
The solution operates on the Treon Connect cloud platform and combines sensors, gateways, and cloud and mobile applications to deliver equipment health insights, according to the release. Customers can deploy Treon Flow as a fully managed software-as-a-service offering hosted on AWS or integrate it with existing enterprise systems through secure cloud-to-cloud connections.
The company also plans to expand its portfolio in early 2026 with the launch of Treon Make for Manufacturing, a solution aimed at critical equipment and high-resolution diagnostics to support maintenance in tough industrial operations, according to the release.
