Global vendor finance company DLL reported stable net income of $2.1 billion in 2025, while net profit fell to $353 million due to higher risk costs and increased operating expenses.
DLL’s portfolio totaled $53.6 billion at the end of 2025, down 2.8% year over year, mainly because of currency changes, according to its annual report released today. Net profit declined 23.3% YoY to $366 million, while net income remained flat compared to 2024.
Macroeconomic and geopolitical uncertainty, including import tariffs introduced in several countries, slowed global economic growth and reduced DLL’s growth momentum, according to the release.
Results varied by region, with strong performance in Europe, Canada and Asia-Pacific, while business volumes declined in the United States and Latin America. In Brazil, operations worsened due to difficult economic conditions and lingering effects from climate-related events in 2024.
DLL continued strengthening relationships with partners and customers in 2025, as the company added more than 30 partners across multiple industries and marked 35 years of partnership with AGCO, according to the release.
The company also continued investing in digital capabilities and operational improvements, appointing Jasper van Tongeren as its first chief digital officer, according to the release.
