Yale Relay, developed over nearly a decade, addresses automation challenges such as cost, complexity and reliability, according to a March 17 Yale Lift Truck Technologies release. Unlike solutions requiring multiple vendors, it is supported by the Yale dealer network for training, parts and maintenance.

The platform enables quick implementation, with cloud-based management and integration with facility systems, according to the release. The automated tow tractor, designed for horizontal load transport, includes wireless charging and an optional automated hitch system.

Yale Lift Truck Technologies offers a full range of lift trucks and automation solutions, backed by its independent dealer network for service, parts, financing and training, according to the release. There were 63 independent Yale dealers worldwide as of Dec. 31, 2024, according to Hyster-Yale‘s 10-K filing with the Security and Exchange Commission.

The third annual Equipment Finance Connect at the JW Marriott Nashville on May 14-15, 2025, is the only event for both equipment dealers and finance providers. Learn more and register here.
