Terex has named Namita Jindal senior vice president and chief AI and data officer, effective immediately.

Jindal will report to President and Chief Executive Officer Simon Meester and will serve on Terex’s executive leadership team. In the new role, she will lead the company’s artificial intelligence and data strategy as Terex continues to advance its digital transformation efforts, according to a Jan. 19 Terex release. She joins Terex from CentralSquare Technologies, where she served as chief information officer since 2021.
Jindal brings more than 20 years of experience in digital transformation and enterprise technology leadership, according to the release. Her previous roles include serving as chief information officer for Honeywell Intelligrated’s automation business.
Jindal’s background in artificial intelligence, data management and technology-driven transformation will support the company’s focus on building more efficient, profitable and digitally enabled operations, according to the release.
Terex Corp., based in Norwalk, Conn., is a global manufacturer of industrial equipment, including materials processing machinery, waste and recycling solutions, mobile elevating work platforms, and equipment for the electric utility industry, according to the release. The company serves customers across construction, manufacturing, energy, materials management, and related sectors worldwide.
