Isuzu Commercial Truck of America is deepening its partnership with Decisiv to strengthen Isuzu Connect, its service relationship management platform used across most U.S. dealerships.

The upgraded system is designed to speed communication between dealers and customers, improve repair accuracy and reduce vehicle downtime by as much as 25%, according to the company’s release today. Isuzu Connect continues to roll out nationwide with new features, including enhanced appointment scheduling, expanded dealer tools and tighter integration with Isuzu360, the company’s telematics system.

Isuzu Connect pulls real-time data from leading dealer management systems to help technicians and service departments optimize workflow and customer communication, according to the release. The technology also supports emerging fleet needs such as electric vehicles, predictive maintenance and shared-vehicle applications.

The fully integrated approach gives dealers improved insight into repair status and equips its uptime support teams to intervene earlier and keep trucks on the road. The expanded partnership helps Isuzu dealers boost service efficiency and drive revenue while delivering more consistent service experiences.

Isuzu commercial trucks have been the best-selling low-cab-forward models in the United States since 1986, according to the release. Decisiv provides the service management ecosystem used across more than 5,000 service locations and 74,000 fleets in North America.
