Equipment DMS provider VitalEdge adds rental software provider
Integrated Rental employees will become VitalEdge employees
VitalEdge Technologies, a provider of heavy equipment dealer management solutions, acquired Integrated Rental, a leading rental platform, to strengthen its position as a full-service technology partner for dealers.
The acquisition comes as rental continues to be one of the fastest-growing segments in the equipment industry, according to a Sept. 10 VitalEdge release. By combining, the company’s software will enable dealers to offer a seamless rental experience while fully integrating rental, new equipment, parts and service revenue streams into core dealer management systems.
Integrated Rental Chief Executive Alise Moncure will join VitalEdge as president of expansion markets, overseeing rental and other high-growth opportunities, according to the release. Integrated Rental employees will become VitalEdge employees.
With more than 900 employees worldwide, VitalEdge provides dealer management platforms such as e-Emphasys ERP and IntelliDealer, delivering real-time operational insights that improve efficiency, customer satisfaction and profitability, according to the release.
