TD Bank names Gateman head of US commercial
Leader will oversee integrated banking platform, including equipment lending
TD Bank has named Jill Gateman head of U.S. commercial banking effective immediately.
The appointment comes as the company combines its corporate, commercial, small business and regional banking businesses under a single leader to streamline operations and expand client services, according to a TD Bank release today. The integrated commercial banking platform includes equipment finance, specialty finance, small business lending, commercial real estate, healthcare lending and commercial credit management.
Gateman has held other leadership roles across the bank’s commercial banking operations, playing a key role in enhancing client solutions, strengthening core businesses and driving digital innovations, according to the release.
She joined the company in 2023 after five years as co-head of PNC Bank‘s corporate banking division, according to her LinkedIn.
