Equipment Finance News is pleased to announce that Ritzon Fernandez, senior vice president of sales at Equify Financial, will participate in Equipment Finance Connect 2026, taking place May 18-19 at the C. Baldwin Hotel in Houston.

Equipment Finance Connect is the only event that brings together lenders, dealers, technology providers and other industry professionals.

View the full event agenda here.

Fernandez will join the panel discussion, “Enhancing dealer-lender finance operations for better results,” on Tuesday, May 19, at 9:40 a.m. CT. The session will explore:

  • Developing and communicating deal-by-deal finance strategies;
  • Guiding customers through approval and funding processes; and
  • Creating value through finance, insurance and aftermarket offerings.

At Equify Financial, Fernandez leads the development and execution of the company’s national sales strategy while strengthening dealer and customer relationships across key equipment markets. He brings extensive experience across corporate and project finance, asset-based lending, portfolio management and capital markets, including senior leadership roles at Caterpillar Financial Services.

Equify Financial launched an application-only dealer financing program on March 26, meant to help dealers close sales and move inventory. Fernandez, who focuses on advancing dealer-lender operations, will be joined on the panel by Jody Ray of BMO Bank North America and John Boy of Anderson Equipment.

The fourth annual Equipment Finance Connect, a crucial industry event for equipment lenders and dealers, takes place at the C. Baldwin Hotel in Houston May 18-19. Learn more about the event and register here by April 3 for early-bird savings.
