XCMG Hanyun, a leader in industrial internet solutions under XCMG Machinery, has integrated with DeepSeek to enhance industrial intelligence.

This collaboration focuses on key areas within the Internet of Vehicles (IoV), including big data analysis, predictive maintenance and fault pattern databases, while also driving advancements in smart manufacturing through intelligent scheduling, process optimization and supply chain forecasting, according to a March 17 XCMG release. Leveraging DeepSeek’s foundational model capabilities, the HANYUN Industrial Internet Platform now integrates large and specialized models within an intelligent data analysis framework.

This deep learning-powered system autonomously interprets user needs, generates code and refines predictive algorithms, significantly improving efficiency and performance, according to the March 17 release. The partnership strengthens applications in two primary areas: intelligent connected vehicles and smart manufacturing.

It enhances critical functions such as data analytics, equipment prediction, edge computing and production simulation, according to the release. By refining algorithm capabilities, XCMG Hanyun improves operational efficiency while reducing costs.

For instance, construction machinery generates over 300 operational parameters, and traditional telematics data modeling could take up to two weeks, according to the release. With DeepSeek’s foundational model technology, developers can now complete the process in just 20 minutes, significantly accelerating predictive model deployment.

Through AI-driven innovation, XCMG Hanyun is advancing supply chain resilience, flexible production and interactive intelligence, reinforcing its position as a key player in next-generation industrial internet solutions, according to the release.

Early Bird pricing for the third annual Equipment Finance Connect ends March 28. Taking place at the JW Marriott Nashville on May 14-15, 2025, this is the only event for both equipment dealers and finance providers. Learn more and register here.
