Truck dealer Rush Enterprises has named Jody Pollard chief operating officer, effective immediately.

He is replacing Jason Wilder, who recently resigned, according to a March 23 Rush release.

Pollard joined Rush in 1999, most recently serving as senior vice president of truck sales and aftermarket sales. He previously was senior vice president of operations and regional general manager.

Wilder, who joined the company in 2006 and became COO in November 2024, stepped down after several years of commuting between his home in Atlanta and the company’s Texas headquarters, according to the release.

Rush Enterprises reported $21.1 million in F&I revenue in 2025, down 3.9% year over year. Its total revenue fell 4.7% YoY to $7.4 billion.
