Equipment finance software provider Tamarack Technology has launched TrailView 3.0, the latest version of its customer service portal designed to improve transparency, efficiency and engagement for equipment finance companies.
The upgraded platform introduces features, including a multicontract landing page that consolidates all active and historical customer contracts, according to an Oct. 9 Tamarack release. The portal also includes expanded data views for asset and payment information as well as a secure document exchange portal that eliminates reliance on email and paper-based communications.
“TrailView 3.0 represents a significant step forward in how equipment finance companies can leverage data and digital tools to improve service, customer retention and repeat business,” Timothy Appleget, director of SaaS products at Tamarack, stated in the release.
Launched in 2022, TrailView was developed to automate communication between lessors and customers through 24/7 access and streamlined workflows. The new version focuses on delivering a more intuitive user experience and deeper client relationships, with Tamarack reporting record usage and cost savings.
