Redaptive has closed its first equipment finance asset-backed securitization, which is expected to total approximately $137.4 million.

The Denver-based energy solutions provider said Redaptive Equipment Issuer 2026-1 LLC is backed by a diversified pool of middle- and large-ticket equipment finance contracts with commercial and industrial customers, according to a release today.

The portfolio includes loans and leases tied to transportation, energy efficiency, marine, material handling, construction, power generation, manufacturing and information technology equipment, according to the release.

ATLAS SP Partners served as sole structuring agent and bookrunner, according to the release. ATLAS is a warehouse finance and securitized products business majority-owned by Apollo-managed funds.

The transaction is Redaptive’s second asset-backed securitization and its first backed by equipment loans and leases, according to the release. Redaptive completed a $216 million securitization backed by energy-as-a-service contracts in December 2025.

The transaction also advances Redaptive’s capital formation strategy by bringing equipment finance contracts to capital markets and supporting the company’s infrastructure financing platform, Redaptive Chief Investment Officer Matt Gembrin said in the release.

Morningstar DBRS assigned provisional ratings to four classes of notes, according to a July 23 release from the agency:

  • The $105.8 million Class A notes received a AAA (high) rating, the agency’s highest credit-quality category;
  • The $10.9 million Class B notes received an A rating;
  • The $9.6 million Class C notes received a BBB rating;
  • The $11.1 million Class D notes received a BB rating, which Morningstar DBRS classifies as below investment grade.
