PEAC Solutions closes acquisition of ePlus finance subsidiaries

Acquisition aims to enhance PEAC's presence in government finance sectors

PEAC Solutions, a multinational asset finance platform, has completed the acquisition of technology provider ePlus‘ domestic subsidiaries, which comprise the majority of its finance segment.

The acquisition expands PEAC Solutions’ footprint in IT financing and strengthens its capabilities in serving U.S. federal, state and local government sectors, according to a June 30 PEAC Solutions release. Details of the acquisition price were not disclosed.

Meanwhile, ePlus Finance partners and customers will continue working with many of their existing contacts, while gaining access to broader financing solutions and asset coverage.

“This collaboration will further strengthen our position as one of the top independent lessors in the U.S. market,” PEAC Solution Chief Executive William Stephenson stated in the release.

PEAC Solutions provides financing to equipment manufacturers, dealers and distributors across a wide range of industries and asset classes.
