Technology consultancy Liventus has acquired equipment finance software and solutions provider Tamarack Technology.
The acquisition, which closed March 31, brings together more than 150 engineers to build and customize technology for equipment finance companies, according to a Liventus release today. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The merged company will offer services across the full technology lifecycle, including legacy system modernization, platform integrations, data analytics and artificial intelligence-driven workflow automation.
Tamarack’s existing products will remain in place, with added customization and development capabilities through Liventus’ engineering resources. Tamarack clients will also gain access to Liventus’ proprietary platforms, Credit Mind and Sparkflow, which focus on credit analysis and operational intelligence.
“Equipment finance companies don’t need another vendor with a product to sell. They need a partner who knows their business end-to-end and has the engineering depth to build exactly what they need,” Liventus President Dan Levin stated in the release. “Whether that’s customizing a platform, automating a compliance workflow or migrating off a system they’ve outgrown, our team can make it happen.”
