Garnett Station Partners launches True North Fleet Services
Private investment firm manages about $4B in assets
Investment firm Garnett Station Partners launched True North Fleet Services, a national platform for fleet maintenance and repair providers.
True North aims to unite leading, founder-led fleet service businesses under one platform offering nationwide repair, preventive maintenance and related services, according to a Garnett Station release today. The company provides partner brands with access to capital, technology and operational resources to help scale businesses and expand service capabilities.
In conjunction with the launch, True North announced its first partnerships with Billy Bob’s Repair & Tire, a San Antonio-based full service repair operator for heavy trucks and equipment, and PennFleet, a Philadelphia-based fleet maintenance and repair company.
The platform addresses growing investment in the fleet services sector, which plays a key role in supporting U.S. transportation infrastructure, according to the release. The firm plans to expand True North nationwide through partnerships and investments in advanced technology and workforce development under the leadership of chief executive Gary Price.
