Empire Asset Finance has secured its first institutional warehouse credit facility with Bank OZK, expanding Empire’s funding capacity and equipment finance business across the United States and Canada.

The warehouse facility will support a range of financing products, including capital leases, operating leases, loans and sale-leaseback transactions spanning multiple equipment types and industries, according to a July 17 Empire release. The facility will strengthen Empire’s direct origination capabilities while providing borrowers with competitive financing backed by a long-term capital source.

“As origination volume continues to grow, having access to efficient, scalable funding enables us to offer competitive pricing while maintaining the speed, flexibility and certainty of execution our clients expect,” Chief Executive Rick Rockhold stated in the release. “We are excited to partner with Bank OZK and look forward to building a long-term relationship together.”

Empire Asset Finance launched last year as a subsidiary of Arena Investors.
