CVC Marathon, the credit investment arm of CVC Capital Partners, has issued a $175 million secured loan to fund specialty equipment dealer Jack Doheny Companies’ acquisition of Vacuum Truck Rentals.

The five-year loan provides the combined entity, called Rentix Solutions, financial flexibility to execute its growth strategy, according to a CVC release today. CVC is prepared to provide additional capital to Rentix in the future if needed.

Following the acquisition, Rentix operates a fleet of more than 3,200 specialty machines and trucks across the United States, serving infrastructure and industrial markets. Its equipment supports applications including sewer maintenance and inspection, electric transmission and industrial plant maintenance.

CVC Marathon manages approximately $24 billion in assets across public and private credit strategies. Its platform focuses on providing customized financing solutions for acquisitions, growth initiatives, and refinancings.
