Takeuchi-US, the U.S. subsidiary of global compact construction OEM Takeuchi, has launched an AI-powered service adviser on its website through a partnership with Circuitry.ai.

The tool is designed to give Takeuchi customers and dealers immediate, on-demand access to product and service support, reducing reliance on call centers and improving overall response speed, according to a release from Circuitry.ai today. The adviser, built on Circuitry.ai’s advanced Service AI platform, draws from Takeuchi’s extensive service library and training materials to answer customer inquiries around the clock.

It guides users through troubleshooting, maintenance and product usage questions using a conversational interface. Company executives said the move reflects Takeuchi’s commitment to enhancing the customer experience by scaling service expertise digitally.

For Circuitry.ai, the collaboration demonstrates how manufacturers can use AI to deliver consistent, high-quality service at scale, according to the release.

For the first quarter ended May 2025, Takeuchi reported consolidated global net sales of approximately 50.6 billion yen ($341.2 million), down 8.3% year over year, according to the company’s July 10 earnings release. The AI Service Advisor is now live on Takeuchi-us.com, supporting the company’s full line of compact excavators and track loaders, according to the release.
