CNH and Bourgault Industries are joining forces to expand CNH’s global seeding equipment portfolio and accelerate the rollout of advanced agricultural technology.

Under the agreement, St. Brieux, Saskatchewan, Canada-based seeding equipment manufacturer Bourgault will manufacture co-branded Case IH and New Holland equipment for distribution through agrigulutre and construction OEM CNH’s dealer network in North America, Australia and other markets, according to Basildon, UK-based CNH’s press release today.

The portfolio will include precision seeding air drill systems, high-capacity air carts, digital technology and control systems. The alliance supports CNH’s Path to 2030 strategy by helping the equipment manufacturer bring seeding solutions to market faster while expanding customer and dealer access to Bourgault’s technology.

CNH’s 2030 plan targets top-two positions in major markets, higher agriculture and construction margins, more than $550 million in cost improvements, 25% greater industrial cash generation and expanded in-house precision technology sales, according to a May 2025 release.

CNH Capital will provide financial services solutions supporting the expanded portfolio, giving CNH dealers financing capabilities alongside the new equipment offerings, according to the release.

The partnership is expected to strengthen CNH’s competitiveness, create additional opportunities for dealers and allow the company to direct more investment toward precision technology, automation and integrated farming solutions, Gerrit Marx, chief executive of CNH, said in the release.

The alliance will broaden Bourgault’s market reach and make its seeding technology available to more farmers, Bourgault Group President Bill Glanville said in the release.

CNH will continue supporting its existing seeding products during the transition. Its Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, facility will remain focused on manufacturing planters and combine harvester headers.
