AGCO has reorganized its senior leadership structure, expanding several executives’ responsibilities as the agricultural equipment manufacturer looks to simplify reporting lines and tie corporate functions more closely to its brands and dealer network.

Stefan Caspari was named senior vice president and general manager of Fendt, Valtra and product management, according to today’s AGCO release. Caspari will retain oversight of AGCO’s North American agriculture business while adding global responsibility for the Fendt and Valtra brands.
Caspari has been with AGCO since 2014, previously serving in leadership positions in commercial operations, strategy and smart farming technology. He also led the company’s Grain and Protein business through its restructuring and eventual divestiture.
The leadership change follows the departure of Torsten Dehner from his role overseeing Fendt, Valtra and product management, according to the release. Dehner will remain with AGCO in Switzerland during the transition, the company said.
AGCO also broadened the roles of Luis Felli and Damon Audia. Felli will oversee Massey Ferguson in addition to AGCO’s global parts, aftersales and customer support operations, while Audia will add global distribution management to his responsibilities across PTx and corporate strategy.
AGCO said the changes reduce the size of its executive leadership team by one and improve accountability across its brands, distribution network and growth initiatives, according to the release.
