Vanguard Truck Centers has completed the final phase of its brand integration with Nacarato Truck Centers, marking the full transition of the dealership’s locations into the Vanguard network.
The move follows Vanguard’s 2024 acquisition of Nacarato and expands the company’s footprint to 39 full-service locations across 11 states, including newly-branded sites in Tennessee, Kentucky, Virginia and Maryland, according to a Vanguard release today.
“This integration represents the joining of two customer-focused organizations with a shared vision for growth, excellence, and long-term industry impact,” Vanguard Chief Executive Tom Ewing stated.
Vanguard is one of the nation’s largest Volvo and Mack truck dealerships, offering sales, leasing, rentals, parts, service, financing and insurance. The combined company now employs more than 1,200 people and operates nearly 500 service bays with a lease fleet exceeding 1,200 units.
