Tech company Northteq has introduced Aurora Agent Suite, a set of AI tools that are integrated into its Salesforce-native loan origination platform for equipment lenders

The suite initially includes four AI agents designed to automate loan intake, know-your-business (KYB) verification, credit analysis and financial spreading, according to an Oct. 19 Northteq release. Additional agents are planned for 2027.

According to Northteq:

  • The intake agent extracts information from submitted documents and identifies missing information;
  • The KYB agent checks business information against more than 400 sources;
  • The credit analytics agent drafts credit memos using lender policies and financial data; and
  • The financial spreading agent automatically processes financial statements.

The agents provide traceable documentation and allow lenders to determine when human review is required. Lenders can also develop customized agents using Salesforce’s Headless 360 architecture, which includes more than 60 model context protocol tools, over 30 preconfigured skills and multiple APIs.

“Lenders automate more once they trust what’s already been automated,” Northteq Chief Operating Officer Lara Tolland stated in the release. “That trust comes from being able to check the work so every agent in the suite leaves a trail back to the source.”
