Transportation Equipment Network, a full-service trailer leasing company, has appointed Hooman Yazhari chief executive officer effective immediately.
Yazhari brings more than 25 years of leadership experience across leasing, transportation finance, logistics and aviation, according to a Nov. 4 news release. He has held executive roles at aircraft lessors including Waypoint, Voyager and ILFC, which managed roughly $40 billion in assets. He has also been an executive at Bristow Group, CHC Helicopter, Tortoise Capital and Western Global Airways.
As CEO, Yazhari will focus on driving commercial performance, optimizing operations and expanding TEN’s market presence.
“Our foundation and positive momentum are strong, from our 83,000-trailer fleet and maintenance network to our data and analytics capabilities,” Yazhari stated in the release.
