Assurant and Arcadium Technologies are partnering to streamline sales of heavy truck protection products for commercial truck dealers.
The integration embeds Assurant’s Heavy Truck Extended Service Contract into Arcadium’s customer relationship management and sales management tools, allowing dealers to generate quotes and contracts quickly and without duplicate data entry, according to an Assurant release today. The companies said the partnership reduces errors, speeds transactions and improves the customer experience.
Assurant launched its Heavy Truck Extended Service Contract, which is designed to provide Class 8 truck owners and fleet operators with comprehensive protection, including roadside assistance, towing and flexible coverage options, in October 2024, according to the insurer. The program expands its suite of heavy truck solutions, helping dealers reduce costs, minimize downtime and support sales through tailored training and marketing materials.
Assurant, a Fortune 500 protection company operating in 21 countries, provides safeguarding and service solutions for connected devices, homes and automobiles, according to the release. Arcadium Technologies supplies CRM, inventory and sales management tools to heavy-duty truck, trailer and equipment dealerships.
