Mitsubishi HC Capital America has partnered with OwlSure to build a scalable, cloud-native data platform on Microsoft Azure.
The new platform, developed using Databricks’ Medallion architecture, integrates data from multiple legacy systems acquired through recent mergers, providing a unified source of information for customer, asset, and loan records, according to a Nov. 11 Mitsubishi HC Capital America release. The system is designed to improve data accuracy, portfolio visibility, and credit decisioning while enabling advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and automation.
By consolidating previously fragmented data across its divisions, Mitsubishi HC Capital America gains real-time insights into asset performance and risk exposure, according to the release. In addition, the company aims to strengthen its compliance and operational agility, while laying the groundwork for future AI- and machine learning–driven innovation.
The move continues Mitsubishi HC Capital America’s broader digital transformation efforts, according to the release. The company has more than $7 billion in managed assets across North America, according to Mitsubishi HC Capital America’s website.
