Machinio, a Liquidity Services company, introduced new service management features to its Machinio System platform, enabling equipment dealers to advertise, manage and quote services alongside machinery sales.
The update supports users who generate significant revenue from supplementary services, offering tools such as service-specific web pages, integrated CRM workflows, dedicated dashboards and direct quoting capabilities, according to a Liqudity Services release today. The additions streamline service operations and improve customer engagement.
Since the soft launch, about 75% of Machinio System clients promoted at least one service, with service-related requests now making up more than 20% of inbound inquiries. The company plans further enhancements to support service-focused businesses.
Machinio operates a global online marketplace for buying and selling machinery and equipment, according to the release. The platform serves more than 3,750 dealers, including Finning Cat and Ag-Pro, and 12.5 million users across 190 countries.
