Komatsu has acquired six Core Machinery dealerships in Arizona and California, expanding its company-owned dealer network in the Southwest.

The transition includes Core Machinery locations in Bakersfield, Mojave and Perris, Calif., and Prescott, Phoenix and Tucson, Ariz,, according to a Komatsu release today. The acquisition aligns with Komatsu’s mining strategy to strengthen customer relationships and enhance growth through partnerships.

The Core Machinery locations will offer Komatsu mining equipment, parts and services, according to the release. The deal was finalized today at an undisclosed cost.

The move enhances Komatsu’s ability to serve long-standing mining customers while growing its regional footprint, according to the release. Komatsu, a global provider of equipment and technology for the construction, mining and forestry markets, continues to expand its service network to support productivity, safety, and sustainability for front-line industries.
