AP Equipment Financing is poised for growth after getting a capital infusion.

Bend, Ore.-based AP Equipment Financing has secured a $130 million term securitization facility from Mizuho Bank, increasing its capital stack to more than $600 million, the company announced in a Feb. 20 release.

The deals allows AP to “optimize and diversify its capital structure and allows the company to continue to support its core finance business while expanding newer business initiatives,” AP President Chris Lerma stated in the release.

With the new facility in place, AP is targeting substantial growth in 2025 as it increases originations while managing a profitable portfolio, according to the release

The third annual Equipment Finance Connect at the JW Marriott Nashville on May 14-15, 2025, is the only event for both equipment dealers and finance providers. Learn more and register here.
