A 20-year veteran of the company, Burch served as a regional manager and general manager before assuming the role of chief operating officer in recent years.

An Indiana native, Burch previously served as president of the Martin County Fair Board and as founding member of the Martin County Optimist Club, according to his obituary. He also supported 4-H and spent time as a livestock coach.

A funeral for Burch was held on March 18 at Saints Peter & Paul Catholic Church in Hopkinsville, Ky.

H&R Agri-Power was formed in 1993 following the merger of H&R Implement Co. and Agri-Power, and operates 21 dealership locations across six states, employing nearly 625 people. It sells and supports Kubota, New Holand, Stihl and Kuhn, among other brands, and offers financing options through various partners.
