VMC Group, an environmental solutions provider for heavy-equipment industries, has acquired Fabreeka Holdings in a $92 million transaction backed by VMC parent company Broadview Group.

The acquisition expands VMC Group’s portfolio of engineered vibration isolation, shock control and thermal break products for infrastructure, heavy-equipment, transportation, energy and construction markets, according to a Broadview Group release today. It is VMC’s largest acquisition to date.

The combined companies “will expand our technical capabilities, broaden our market reach and enhance our ability to help customers mitigate the negative impacts of air, noise, seismic, vibration and shock in mission-critical environments,” VMC Chief Executive John Wilson stated in the release.

VMC will continue evaluating merger and acquisition opportunities for engineered products and engineering services that complement its existing portfolio.
