AGCO promotes Holtberg-Benge to chief digital, information officer

AGCO appointed Jena Holtberg-Benge as chief digital and information officer, effective March 16, as the agricultural equipment manufacturer continues to expand its digital and technology strategy.

Holtberg-Benge, currently AGCO’s vice president of aftersales parts, joined the company in 2023 and oversees the growth of its parts business while leading digital and AI-driven initiatives designed to support dealers and farmers, according to today’s AGCO release. In her new role, she will oversee AGCO’s digital, data and information technology strategy, including information security and development of scalable technology capabilities to support long-term growth.

Holtberg-Benge brings more than 20 years of experience in the agriculture sector, with leadership roles spanning manufacturing, operations, digital solutions and business development, according to the release. Her work included overseeing large-scale digital transformation projects and modernizing core technology platforms, particularly in e-commerce.

AGCO manufactures agricultural equipment and precision farming technologies under brands including Fendt, Massey Ferguson, PTx and Valtra.
