Agriculture OEM John Deere’s chief financial officer will leave the company next month to take the same position at Honeywell Aerospace.

Deere & Company‘s chief financial officer Joshua Jepsen intends to resign as senior vice president and CFO effective Feb. 19, 2026, according to a Jan. 22 8-K filing with the SEC. The company said Jepsen’s decision does not relate to any financial or accounting matters, or to the company’s operations, policies or practices.

Jepsen will become CFO at Honeywell Aerospace on Feb. 23, according to a Jan. 22 Honeywell release. Jepsen has more than 20 years of experience in financial and accounting roles at Deere.

Meanwhile, Deere appointed Ryan Campbell as interim CFO effective Feb. 19, until a permanent replacement is named, according to the SEC filing.

Campbell was president of worldwide construction and forestry and power systems since May 2022, according to the SEC filing. He previously served as Deere’s senior vice president and chief financial officer from March 2019 to May 2022.
